Street Annual Hoedown Festival:
Saturday, April 18th
The Hoedown attracts people from all over Texas
The Festival includes arts and crafts vendors,
local civic organizations and more.
If you are a vendor, now is
the time to sign up.

The sale will be at the
Kurth Memorial Libary.
Day - Bears, Blooms & Butterflies -
Mark your calendar! Earth Day at the
Zoo will be April 25th from 10 am
until 2 pm. Our Bears, Blooms, and
Butterflies Earth Day celebration
will have crafts, games, lots of
informational booths and fun!
Organizations that are participating
in our celebration are the Lufkin
Middle School Eco Club, Temple
Intermediate Eco Club, Texas Forest
Service, Texas Forestry Museum,
Angelina Beautiful Clean, City of
Lufkin Recycling, Angelina Master
Gardeners, Top Teens of Distinction,
SFA Forestry students and many
others. Tell your friends and family
to come out to the zoo and try the
bear maze, plant a flower to take
home or make a recycled craft on
April 25th, 2015.
